Alison Lee Freeman presents

Singing our History in the City of Ships

7pm every Wednesday night in June, July, and August of 2008

at the Chocolate Church Arts Center Annex in Bath, Maine.

Bath is a city rich in traditions, stories, and songs: music of celebration as new ships slipped down the ways into the mighty Kennebec River, sea chanteys to help the sailors raise the sails of their ocean bound ships, gentle music played in the parlors of ship captain’s homes, and songs of temperance as Maine led the country towards prohibition.

Call 207-371-2404 for additional details.

$10 suggested. No charge for children.

Chocolate Church Arts Center 804 Washington Street Bath, Maine.
